Helpdesk - Contact Details

ANNOUNCEMENT
The SNT Helpdesk is closed since 1 January 2021. However, the board and the committees are taking over support for SNT services. So you can still send questions to helpdesk@snt.utwente.nl.

For questions regarding your internet connection, please contact the LISA Servicedesk.

The SNT helpdesk can help you with all questions you might have about our services.

The helpdesk is open on weekdays from 10:00 through 13:30 and can be find in the Citadel together with the LISA servicedesk and the Notebook Service Centre. You can also contact us via phone and e-mail.

Helpdesk: opening hours

The helpdesk is open between the following hours:

Sometimes the SNT Helpdesk needs to change their opening hours. We'll always communicate this on our public Facebook page. You don't need a Facebook account to see these announcements.

Lecture-free weeks (like the summer and christmas holidays). These hours include the weeks indicated as "selfstudy for finishing modules".

Holidays in this case are holidays like Christmas, Liberation Day and Easter. Note that the university also has some additional days on which the university is closed that do not coincide with a holiday. You can find all of these on the academic calendars.
